Greetings! Hope your morning is off to a great start! Before I drive into today. I must share with you my dinner from last night! I’m still thinking about it how yummy it was…Roasted tomatoes, zucchini and basil. I’m a sucker for those three ingredients.
A recipe for this will be coming soon! It was another throw it against the wall and see what sticks recipe. I’m getting good at these but sharing them with you requires I measure 😉
SPIN was on the agenda today an odd thing happened to me. I’m a regular at my gym. I usually go to spin two to three times a week. Today I got to the gym early and an instructor lead me to the bike room and told me to pick up a bike and she would help set me up. I was kinda confused but too distracted by a work issue to respond with anything more than an ok. Once in the room and still trying to resolve a work link issue she came in and asked me if I was a member? At this point I had to correct her that I wasn’t new…apparently the new hair color has got me looking like a new person
Look at my lone purple water bottle on the bike. Do you change-up where you sit in class? I find I always like the back row center. Every class I’m in, not just spin I like to be in the center back. Do you have a favorite area?
A delicious breakfast treat awaited me after spin. Some Chobani, LoveGrown Granola and Chia Seeds. Of course I had some coffee as well.
I also learned today through the interwebs that it’s YOGA MONTH! Yoga is not really my thing and I’ve never gotten into the cult following of it but since September is the month for it. I’ve decided to give Yoga a GO this month. I also found that many classes are being offered free around the country to celebrate. The Yoga Healthy Foundation has on their website a list of events going on all month-long!
I broke out this DVD I’ve had for months and still hadn’t opened. AM & PM Yoga for beginners…perfect! So I want to know from all you Yogi’s out there. Where is a great place to start? Tips or advice?
Also in case you missed it yesterday I’m giving away DRINK CHIA.
So Yoga folks lay it on me all the advice you have! I’m a newbie.
