Whoa! It’s November already?! I know I say that every month but this year the months are much shorter than in years past…I’m sure of it!
I didn’t really make any hard and fast goals for October but I did clock 34 and a half running miles. Which for me is a great month. In the summer I participated in Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp. I loved it and was a little sad to see her next session has already kicked off! Good luck to everyone participating. It’s a great program. Lots of weights which I really enjoyed. While I do enjoy running I tend to see more “instant” results with weight training.
My workout today was going back to some of the workouts Tina laid out for us in the summer bootcamp series. And I have a feeling my legs are going to hurt tomorrow.
I’m also going to try out a new crock pot recipe. BBQ Chicken crock pot style. It is just what it sounds like BBQ sauce, Chicken and I added in some salt, pepper and onions.
I’m also setting up some goals for November! I want to try some new class and rock some mileage this month. My goals look like this:
I’m thinking these will keep me focused and challenged throughout the month!They should also keep off the dreaded holiday weight.
