I have been running all week! Quite literally running all week. After a summer of cross fit and weightlifting I have really gotten back into my running grove this week. It’s Wednesday and I’ve already clocked 15 miles. I’m enjoying this sudden burst of energy I’m having. I’m thinking all these new yoga stretches and moves have been relaxing the muscles. I’m feeling like a whole new runner.
Today though I really want to get some weights in. Weights always make me feel STRONG afterwords. Running leaves you feeling strong too but it’s a different high from lifting.Today here is my workout of the day. Nothing crazy but enough for a tone up.

Remember when using weights to this be sure to be using a weight that challenges you and you can handle.
I also may or may not have been inspired by Gwen Stefani’s chiseled abs that have been on my TV all morning! I recorded the E! No Doubt true hollywood story. I can’t get over how much I love her. Tragic Kingdom was the first CD I remember buying more than once.

That right there is the world’s best smelling soap in my opinion. The Lucky Goat Soap shop is so cute and Amy and her team do a fantastic job! The soaps are all natural and made from their very own Goats Milk! My personal favorite scent is #109 Mint Julep. They had been sold out of this scent since July and I just got my hands on these two bars! I’m scared to use them for fear I’ll run out again, they smell enchanted! My kids thought it was candy and have been asking to eat them… After workout shower I can’t wait to enjoy you!
