I hope those of you who are away from work today are enjoying the day! And remember don’t let the day pass without making ONE good healthy choice: workout, drink extra water, meditate, skip the donut for breakfast. Whatever works for you. I completed a quick 5k yesterday and called it a day. Today I’m going to be taking my little guys out to child watch and hope to get in 8-10 miles. I need to complete a half marathon at some point this month and time is a runnin’ out.
One effect of trying out all of these #CuseFIT2013 classes is really getting a feeling that parts of my body could use a little shock and workout. I run a lot, I lift weights often yet some of the more functional movements of these classes have thrown my body for a loop.
