It’s Tuesday and sadly there is still snow on the ground at my house! Eckkkk…I’m not a fan. Today’s terrific Tuesday finds are geared toward warm weather and summer both of which I’m looking very forward too.
This morning I woke up with every intention of getting in a great run instead I ended up with a quick 15 minute squats/planks workout. Every little bit counts right?
50 Squats: 10 at a time with planks in between! Not overly challenging though so I will be hitting the treadmill tonight for a 3-4 miler.
This Saturday I am gearing up for what will be the craziest run I have tried to date: The Mountain Run 5k… in April…. when it’s 40 degrees out!
