Get ready for the week ahead with a workout! Sunday is a great time to make a plan for a week of fitness. Need some inspiration?

Here are some quick workouts, most you can do right at home!

Great workouts! My goal is two HIIT cardio workouts and a good leg workout. Going light on arms this week because my wrist has been bothering me. Don’t want to push it and hurt it worse!
