I can’t believe it’s MAY already!
Whew! I’m still recovering from my crazy weekend and race(s). If you missed it:
Today’s workout is a bit divided. This morning it included a quick 25 squats and 50 sit ups and some yoga stretches. My lunch will now include a walk. I’m finding as I get more serious about taking off the weight I’m getting more creative about getting in quick workouts rather than planning out hours on end for exercise. I’m really trying to get in at least an hour of exercise per day. This morning was a twenty-minute session. The afternoon will be thirty minutes and them I’m simply 10 minutes away from my goal.
20 mins+ 30 mins= 50 mins
Goal 60 mins.
Finding 10 minutes should be easier than squeezing in an hour after work.

– Squat pops
-Lunges with the 5 pound weights
-Plank, Lunge, Row. With 5 pound weights
