Midweek Motivation

It’s wordless Wednesday and this week I need it. Usually my weeks are pretty casual but I’m gearing up for some big events coming up and it’s been holy meeting overload. It’s wonderful, but can be a little exhausting!

Today’s workout was just a quick 5K. Maybe I’ll get in a relaxing yoga session this evening but the chances are thin, since it’s hockey night!
