I like saving time. And even more than that I like saving time while knowing I’m making healthier choices. Sometimes my morning routine mirrors a circus in the way that I’m trying to move children, dogs and my husband out the door with minimal interruptions. But just like your favorite voting TV show sometimes real LIVE life gets out of control quickly.
Just One “I can’t find my favorite shoe” melt down and I can be crazy late for work. In the effort of running a tight ship where everyone makes it places on time while still looking presentable…I’m digging Love Grown Foods for helping me the my quest to make the best morning routine possible.
I recently discovered the Hot Oat cups at my grocery store…where have these been all my life? They seriously are my new must have breakfast. I can pop them in my work bag and enjoy them at my desk and they are fast enough to make that I can get them made in the morning before I leave for work.
I reached out to Love Grown to share with them my new-found love for their products and they sent me this amazing package of other products in their line. I’ve been trying them all and have created a new and time-saving morning routine with them. The Chia & Quinoa super oats are delicious.
Cough, cough I wish my store carried them.
What I like about the super oats is how full they keep me, and I can sweeten them as I see fit. For me its fresh fruit and cinnamon all the way.
I’m sharing with you today a little time-saving tool I’ve been using so even the most hectic mornings can get me off my game:
Have you ever frozen your oatmeal?
I made my super oats like usual, only I made a HUGE serving size. Using a cupcake pan I add the oatmeal to the cups and froze them. I pulled them out bag them separately and as I need them I pull them out for breakfast…a quick 30 second heat up and I’m eating a healthy nutritious breakfast in NO time.
