This app is great in that it allows you in one place to keep track of your weight loss goals. You give it your current weight and desired weight and it calculates for you the amount of calories you should be consuming each day! For me this is a great tool since I used to keep a food diary but often had a hard time keeping track of the diary. One thing I never misplace is my
first love phone! I’m a visual person so it’s good for me to see everyday what I am eating vs. what I am burning off. It’s also good to see that, a 20 minute walk does not entitle me to endless bowls of ice cream
What I like about this app ( it’s FREE) and you can negate calories burned right against the amount you have to eat for the day. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy, No math to do it’s taken care of! The new upgrade also has a built in bar code scanner that is great for on the go. Simply scan the code from what you are eating and it will find the nutrition information.
I’m giving this app a solid 4 Stars and hope that it keeps me on my fitness goals for 2012! My only issue is the calorie information can be a bit off vs. the packaging. For Example a Chobani Black Cherry Fat Free Greek yogurt says 140 calories on the package and it’s calculating it to be 150.
