Foam Roller, I love you

Can you love inanimate objects? I think you can and this morning I fell in love with my brand spankin’ new foam roller!  I’ve been wanting one FOREVER but because I wasn’t sure I would like it,  and I’m cheap,  I’ve resisted buying one.

This morning the price was right and I couldn’t say no anymore. Then it happened…. I feel in love! I feel after ONE roll better than I have in a while! My muscles are more relaxed and not as tight it was like getting a full body massage. Do you guys have one of these? I’m feeling very behind the times! Foam Roller

My roller came with these ideas for stretches so I tried all of them. I liked the Hip Flexors, Shin and Calf Stretches the best. Even my husband tried it out and was a fan! I can’t wait to try out some different stretches with it!

Yesterday I hit the elliptical for a 5k and was excited to receive this message from RunKepper! I’m not yet where I want to be 100% but I’m still making progress! Every little bit counts right? ;)

I’ve been on the HUNT since school went back to find the perfect fall boot!  Sadly I’ve been blessed with some rather muscular calves so finding a pair that fit right has been a nightmare. I ended up late last week deciding upon this pair from Target of all places! They are not real leather but for as much as I will wear them, I don’t think they need to be. They fit my calves and are super cute with jeans!

I also found this gem yesterday on the interwebs!

A to-do list coffee mug genius! It could be the answers to my organizational problems :)

I’m going to go rake the leaves in my yard now! It’s officially fall!

It is totally possible to love your foam rollar. I think everyone should have one!!!
Those boots are so cute. I learned a few years ago that Target has the best boots for a strong calf (as I like to think about it).

I love this! My foam roller and I are best friends. I feel like a brand new person every time I use it. Good job on the 5k!! You are right, every little bit counts. What’s important is just doing it. The boots are cute. I just bought some boots myself last night from Burlington Coat Factory. Love shoe shopping!

Thanks I’m happy I’m not the only one who loves their foam roller! Shoe shopping is the best shopping as far as I can tell :)

I saw your foam roller review and wanted to share my product information with you maybe you can do another review when my product is available to you. My name is Gary Miller and my company is launching its first 5 in 1 home and travel fitness product next month called the ProUnit Performance Trainer. Once the site is up you can find us at http://www.TheProUnit.com until then find us on Facebook at the ProUnit Performance Trainer.

The ProUnit is a 5 in 1 product…
1) Foam Roller
2) Ab Roller
3) Rotating PushUp handles
4) Ab Wheel
5) Stretch Strap
The other great advantage of the ProUnit is that since the tube is hollow you can put extra fitness products in the tube like fitness bands, jump rope, agility ladder, suspension straps…pretty much you can be creative even a mat wraps around outside for a place to work out on. The ProUnit Performance Trainer is the fitness tool of 2013.
We are planning to launch feb 1st so hopefully we can share the ProUnit with you then. Until that time please like our ProUnit Performance Trainer Page here on Facebook. We would love to share content as we grow.

Gary,
