If your days roll along like mine they are jam-packed with activities, deadlines, workouts, and obligations. It’s no mystery that all of our lives seem to be moving along much fast these days. We have everything we need at the touch of our fingers, instant gratification why wait? Why slow down?
If you’ve ever been in an interval class you KNOW how long 1 minute can seem to be when you are in burpee mode! FOREVER, but usually the minutes tick by without much notice.
My challenge to you today is to take 1:00 STOP what every you are doing sit and quietly enjoy one minute. Give yourself just 60 seconds to collect, relax and enjoy one minute of nothing.
Don’t play with your desk, check your phone or try to quickly respond to that last email. Simply take ONE minute and clear your mind.
