Holiday weekends are great for trying out new recipes! An entire extra day to taste test and modify things. Jennifer over at Luv what you do had a similar recipe last week for her BBQ. I simply had to try it. After all Ramen Noodles? Coleslaw? Really? …… But it is soooo delicious! I think the sunflower seeds are the crowning jewel taste wise!
Ingredients:1 pack slaw1/4 cup green onions finely chopped1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds2 packs ramen noodles (chicken flavor) broken into small pieces3/4 cup olive oil1 tbsp pepper4 tbsp vinegar4 tbsp sugar1 of the chicken pack flavorings in ramen noodle packageInstructions…Pour, Toss, and Chill! This recipe tastes best when chilled over night.
