Last night was the second meeting of the CNY Bloggers Group and a great chance to meet and mingle with other great bloggers in my area! Thank you kindly to Kitty Hoynes for hosting us!
This is only a small sample of the group like the bad blogger I am, I really didn’t get many photos of the event! Next time! It was a wonderful evening for networking and catching up with new and old blends. I learned about some new blogs as well!
I will do a full review of these this week but I have to tell you, I’ve already take out the Little Black Capris for a run! I love soft running capris.
I got a quick 3 miles in on the dreadmill. It was a saddddd site.
My legs are killing me, as is my entire body from the workout I completed Monday morning! I’m giddy because I dead lifted for 1 lift 135 pounds. I still have those farm girl muscles who knew?
Our workout included being set on teams of 3 and for 18 minutes we tried to complete as many times as we could. The stations included 10 kettle ball swings, box jumps and push ups. The Kettle Ball person was leading the group when they reached 10 they yelled to switch with the other members. 18 minutes later I wanted to cry…no really! My knee is all sorts of NOT ok with box jumps. And I’m back to icing it which just frustrates me to NO end.
While I like getting a variety of workouts, but I miss running when I’m not doing it.
And let me apologize now for all of my less than stellar photos….I broke my camera Whomp, whomp so I’m reverting to cell phone images until I can decide what to buy next.
Here’s a picture of lunch. Some roasted baby cabbages and sweet potatoes left over from dinner, mixed with lettuce, spinach, strawberries and pulled chicken. It hit the stop! I like when my food is colorful!
