Another week in the books! I will admit this week hasn’t been anything for the record books.
See that? That’s not coffee. I apparently never put in the coffee…what a morning. Now though I know my coffee maker is in need of a solid cleaning.
The day WILL get better right?
1. Workouts for the Week:
Monday: 2 mile run/walk, taught Kickboxing
Tuesday: Taught Spin
Wednesday: Taught Spin, Power Yoga and a P90X class
Thursday: 2 mile run (should have been more but I’ll get it in this weekend)
Friday: P90X, Teaching Hydro Power
Saturday: RUN, RUN, RUN
Sunday: PiYoLive and maybe another RUN
I’ve been a complete slacker this week in the run club department. Tuesday I just couldn’t run before teaching spin, my body wasn’t having it and Thursday I ended up having to take my son to hockey during the time I should have been running. So that didn’t really happen either. My goal next week is to MAKE both sessions, because if I don’t I’m going to be soooooo far behind.
2. New Compression Pants from ProCompression!
Who knew Pro Compression had capris? I didn’t till this week when I scooped some up on a deal from StuftMama. They arrive today and I can’t wait to try them out. I went with the pink and black it was a no brainer for me!
3. Skoop has stolen my heart and I’m back in a smoothie kick. I’ve got a full review coming this weekend. I’m normally NOT a smoothie person but I’ve made a few with Skoop B strong and am a fan!
This is a mango vanilla concoction and even my little guy and his play date buddy were enjoying it!
4. New Yoga Mats!
Since I’m pretty sure my husband won’t see this I will share with you that I purchased a new yoga mat. I’ve bought 3 cheap ones in a row that have fallen apart in less than a month and it was time to commit. I’m soon to be the proud new owner of this pretty green and gray yoga mat, Manduka 71-Inch PROlite Travel Yoga
5. I took a brief walk this week in my Skechers Go Walk2’s
I love these shoes and have gotten so many compliments on them. They are perfect for slipping on and heading out the door.
And a bonus #6: I’m thinking about moving into a Panera Bread. They have all the things I look for. Good food, good drink and free wifi!
Their Chicken Cobb with Avocado is delicious. Just skip the dressing, or at least I do I don’t like it much. I get so much work done there. I swear 2 hours there is like 10 at my house. I never understood how people went to a busy place to work but I now see the light and all the time I have wasted sitting in my home office.
SO DISH: What have you been up to all week? Are you going to see the new Hunger Games, I’m thinking of buying tickets now!
